Various perspectives have shaped the way the Training Function is carried out in organizations. Some see training as a series of activities conducted as an immediate solution to address competency gaps among personnel. Others view training as part of a sustained effort to continuously identify and polish core competencies of people in the organization. Whichever perspective is taken by Management, the Training function in an organization invariably remains to be a critical factor in propelling growth of the organization in the right direction.
This course, the Design and Execution of Training, addresses the need for managers to cultivate an appreciation for the wholistic approach to the training function in organizations. The Course walks the participants through a systematic process of conceptualizing and implementing Training programs that will contribute directly to overall organizational excellence.
The DET course addresses the need for Managers in today’s dynamic organizations to equip themselves with the theory, art and technology of training as engines of organizational growth.
